2. Describe the project in which you are interested. Please include what you anticipate your specific participation will be.

3. What agency or organization sponsors this project? Please give its name and address. Please enclose a copy of this organization's Statement of Faith. (If you're mailing this application a single copy to the Schneckers by snail mail will be fine.) What differences, if any, are there from the BCF Statement of Faith?

4. How did you decide upon or learn about this project?

5. At what point are you in the application process with the sponsoring agency or organization?

6. What initiative have you taken to prepare yourself specifically for this project (i.e., read relevant books, biographies, talked to people, written letters, taken pertinent classes, etc.)?

7. How good is your health?

8. Do you have any medications that you need to take while abroad?

9. If you are married or engaged to someone, how does he/she feel about what you plan to do?

10. Describe your relationship with your parents. What do they think about your desires and plans?

11. If you will require financial support, how do you anticipate that these needs will be met? Please include a copy of an itemized personal budget for your project as provided by your sponsoring agency.
